Key Role: Transaction Operations Specialist

This is a highly specialized role where you will spearhead the execution of transactions for wealth management clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

The core responsibilities of this function include:

  • Executing trades, including exchange, mutual funds, bonds, MLDs, IPOs, and managed products.
  • Maintaining security masters with daily pricing across various product lines.
  • Processing investment payments, asset transfers, and recording income receipts.
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliation and resolving daily breaks.
  • Providing timely sign-offs to client reporting teams for monthly statements.
  • Coordinating BOD/EOD processes to ensure timely completion.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders like bankers, compliance officers, and technology experts, as well as external partners such as fund houses, banks, custody providers, and product issuers.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of securities market products and processes.
  • Experience working with SEBI regulations related to mutual funds and advisory/PMS services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with wealth management software platforms like Wealth-Spectrum and Miles (Integra).

Your location will be Mumbai, and your primary goal will be to support Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives by processing, reviewing, reporting, and resolving issues related to accounts, products, and services.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
