Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Prescription Generation
  1. Evaluate customer health details provided during the ordering process.
  2. Generate accurate and compliant digital prescriptions tailored to customer needs.
  • Remote Consultation
  1. Conduct remote consultations for each assigned order.
  2. Provide expert medical advice and ensure the customer fully understands their treatment plan.
  • Customer Issue Resolution
  1. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns.
  2. Address and resolve customer queries related to prescriptions and treatments promptly.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance
  1. Ensure all prescriptions adhere to legal and medical guidelines.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation of consultations for reference and compliance.
  • Collaboration
  1. Work closely with customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  2. Provide feedback for process improvements where applicable.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBBS or equivalent degree (required).
  • Valid medical license to practice and prescribe medication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
