Job Title: Senior Manager

  • We're looking for a skilled FP&A Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, preferably with a Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) certification, and at least 12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools, are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, identifying variances vs. budget/forecast, and presenting actionable insights to senior management. You will also prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering financial reports and dashboards
