Financial Systems Senior Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle EPM Cloud applications. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and maintain Oracle ePBCS and ePCM environments, ensuring system availability and performance.
  2. Manage and monitor data loads using tools such as FDMEE, Data Exchange, Data Pipeline, and Data Integration.
  3. Perform rigorous data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy across planning and profitability models vs. Source Systems.
  4. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user training documentation.
  5. Provide day-to-day support to finance users, resolving issues and answering functional/system-related queries.
  6. Create & optimize new processes and automate existing processes in the Oracle EPM environment including the Monthly Patch testing requirements in both systems.

Projects & Enhancements:

  1. Improve and optimize existing calculation models and allocation logic in ePBCS and ePCM.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain business rules, including complex logic beyond basic data copy or clear operations.
  3. Lead and support system testing, including the creation of test scripts and execution of test plans for enhancements and patches.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and new functionality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ePBCS, PBCS, or Hyperion Planning.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing business rules and allocation logic.
  • Foundational understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts, including P&L structure and forecasting processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle ePCM or PCMCS.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, SQL) and automation tools (e.g., EPM Automate).
  • Exposure to REST APIs and integration with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP).
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.
