Finance Planning Role

This position is responsible for managing financial activities globally, including closing and planning for FOBO businesses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with finance leads to ensure timely and accurate completion of business activities.
    • Prepare trackers and reports for various markets: volume, balance and distribution, innovation, administration and maintenance, general and administrative expenses.
    • Review monthly sales curve calculation.
    • Support hard close analysis.
    • Provide audit support.
  • Forward Looking:
    • Develop and review monthly decks.
    • Prepare and review presentations for budget revisions, forecasts, and annual operating plans.
    • Assist with ad-hoc requests.
  • Financial Planning Process Support:
    • Plan COGS, distribution, and A&M/STB in TM1 for the assigned business unit.
    • Work with PGCS/local plants to understand and capture COGS/distribution projections by market.
    • Review MCM plan.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 4 years' experience in finance planning, hold a CA/MBA/CMA certification, possess analytical skills, and have a strong understanding of business processes related to financial planning, control, and auditing. Proficiency in English is required.
