Business Valuation Lead

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective sales strategies for the valuation practice area.
  • Network with peers in other markets and areas of assurance, tax, and business consulting.
  • Contribute thought leadership in valuation practices.
  • Lead engagement teams and advise clients on complex financial instruments.
  • Oversee and develop valuation professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals.
  • Manage client relationships and exceed satisfaction expectations.
  • Manage fundamental aspects such as realization, utilization, leverage, accounts, receivable, and expenses.
  • Act as a thought leader in the field.
  • Mentor and train staff members.
  • Integrate firm strategy and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Promote the RSM brand through thought leadership and marketing campaigns.
