Job Overview

Kalrashukla Classes is a leading educational institution seeking an experienced Education Counsellor to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing admissions, interacting with parents and students, and creating a supportive learning environment.

We have branches in various locations across Mumbai, including Borivali, Parle, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane, Kalyan, and Pune. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to grow and develop your skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Meaningful Relationships

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers, providing them with support and guidance every step of the way.

Manage Daily Operations

You will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Work Closely with Senior Management

You will work closely with our Mumbai Business Head to ensure that the branch meets its business goals and objectives.

Monitor Performance

You will monitor the branch's performance and take proactive steps to improve when needed.

Ensure Compliance

You will ensure that the branch follows all company policies and educational standards.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Education Counsellor who has a bachelor's degree in science or business administration, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams, sales, marketing, and customer support.

A strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillset is essential for this role. Good English language skills, both written and verbal, are also required. A good personality and smartly dressed appearance are also expected.
