  • The Programme Director will lead the strategic, academic, and operational initiatives of the Centre.
  • A dynamic, visionary leader with experience in academia, research management, or financial services industry, who is capable of building interdisciplinary collaborations and driving impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Formulate and execute the long-term vision and strategy of the Centre.
    • Develop programs and initiatives aligned with the Centre's mandate in financial markets research and education.
  • Education and Research Program Management:
    • Provide support for research projects, working papers, and publications in financial markets and related areas.
    • Support faculty-led research, student engagement, and visiting scholar initiatives.
    • Provide support for organizing training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and certificate courses.
  • Industry and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build partnerships with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other organizations.
    • Organize seminars, panel discussions, and talks/lectures by industry experts.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day administration of the Centre including budgeting, reporting, and resource planning.
    • Supervise staff, interns, and research associates.
  • Communication and Outreach:
    • Oversee the Centre's visibility (online and offline), including publications, newsletters, and website updates.
    • Provide support to represent the Centre at conferences, academic forums, and industry meetings.
