Student Acquisition Director

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and development in a fast-paced university environment. As an Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract quality students and enhance the number of admissions year on year.
Key Responsibilities:- To devise and execute plans to boost student admissions and elevate the institution's reputation nationally and internationally.
- To design and conduct campus tours to showcase infrastructure facilities and faculty expertise to potential students and their parents.
- To guide the Marketing Office in organizing school exhibitions and open houses at the university campus and other locations.
- To oversee student admissions from various regions across the country.
- To facilitate visits to school campuses and polytechnic colleges to provide information about academic programs to prospective students.
- To assist the Marketing team in creating promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets, banners, merchandise, hoardings, etc.
- To supervise staff working under the Admissions Office and motivate them to achieve their best.
- To ensure seamless hospitality is extended to parents and students during the admission process.
- To schedule student counseling sessions and complete the admission process efficiently.
