Cisco Technology Solutions Role


We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team at Cisco, where you will work closely with our customers to develop and implement technology solutions that meet their business needs.


About the Role


This is a highly technical pre-sales role, requiring deep knowledge of Cisco's Campus and Branch Network portfolio, including SD-WAN, Wireless, Automation, Switching, Routing, and Orchestration.


Responsibilities


As a Technical Solutions Architect at Cisco, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our best accounts across various sectors in the India region.


You will be a part of a dynamic and creative team of technology influencers, working closely with Account Managers, Product Sales Specialists, and peer SEs and TSAs to develop technical solutions that drive innovation within our customers' companies.


Requirements



  • 12+ years of networking/telecommunications/wireless industry-related experience, as well as Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology areas.
  • Pre-Sales experience required.
  • Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.
  • CCNP CCDP CCIE or similar vendor Certification Highly Regarded.
  • Deep understanding of Branch and Campus connectivity technologies, including SD-WAN, Wireless, Automation, Switching, Routing, and Orchestration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate as a team member.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to assess a problem and resolve with an effective course of action.
