Job Summary

We're seeking a meticulous Property Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused and have excellent analytical skills.

This is a secure, full-time remote opportunity with a respected UK property investment company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals using logical and structured thinking.
  • Review key documents such as floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent reports, and other relevant information.
  • Calculate key figures including ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV.
  • Utilize our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations.
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work.
  • Take ownership of your analysis – your calls matter.
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal you review.
  • Update deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Lovely working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking.
  • Have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Are meticulous – you check your work three times, not once.
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure.
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve.
  • Have strong integrity – you're careful because the numbers matter.
