Analyst – Client Strategy & Solutions

About the Role:

As an Analyst – Client Strategy & Solutions, you will work closely with our global Business Development team to provide analytical, reporting, and client solutions support.

You will assist in drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with global Business Development and Product Specialist teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing RFPs, DDQs, and investor information requests.
  • Coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.
  • Support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Manage and maintain consultant and sales databases (e.g., performance data, flows, product information).
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 0.6–3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
