We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our internal teams and customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in system administration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and programming languages such as Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure AKS and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of networking, security practices, and infrastructure management.
- Good proficiency in scripting languages and configuration management tools.
- Experience with messaging frameworks like Tibco and Kafka.
- Working knowledge of client-side web technologies like React and JavaScript.
- Experience with web servers running Tomcat and Apache.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud services.
