About the Role

Are you a seasoned professional in procurement with a passion for strategic sourcing? Do you have a knack for negotiation and contract management?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with our business goals.

Your primary objective will be to optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes to achieve cost savings and efficiency. You will lead, mentor, and manage the purchase and store team to ensure departmental targets are met.

In this role, you will negotiate with existing and new vendors to secure the best pricing and quality. You will also finalize L1/L2 vendors, execute agreements, and maintain vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards. Your responsibilities will also include managing inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence.

You will continuously explore and develop new vendors to improve rates and services. Utilizing ERP systems, you will track, report, and monitor costs, analyze performance metrics, and report improvements to management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 13-17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (Manufacturing industry experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, and supplier management processes
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive cost efficiency
