Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our service team and drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the service team, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests, planning and monitoring preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, coordinating with customers, fleet owners, and OEM for service requirements, and driving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Any level of experience (Freshers with strong technical skills can apply; prior experience in Engine Service/Industrial Machine Servicing preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
