Role Summary:

As a Senior Power Platform Specialist, you will lead the design and development of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Mentor and coach developers to strengthen their skills
  • Lead by example and foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team
  • Adopt a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions on the Power Platform
Add-On: Pune Lead Role:
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team
  • Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process
  • Enhance DevOps processes, like automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and component libraries
Core Platform Governance:
  • Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment
  • Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a reputed institute
  • Relevant certifications

Experience:

  • 12 - 16 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft stack and Power platform development
