AdTech Innovator

We seek a visionary AdTech expert to drive revenue growth through innovative technology and yield optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).
  • Monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.
• AdTech Integration:
  • Lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
  • Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions (Prebid, Open Bidding, server-to-server setups).
• Platform & Infrastructure Ownership:
  • Manage and optimize ad server configurations.
  • Develop scalable solutions for AMP, mWeb, and app monetization.
• Innovation & Experimentation:
  • Stay ahead of industry changes and innovations.
  • Run controlled experiments and scale successful ones.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in AdTech or Programmatic Monetization.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and header bidding frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AMP and app monetization dynamics.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot integrations and platforms.
