Digital Infrastructure Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction model information and implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) throughout a project’s lifecycle.
- They will generate spatial co-ordination tests within Navisworks at agreed milestones.
- A thorough walkthrough review of federated models to highlight potential buildability, operability, and maintainability issues will also be performed.
- Additionally, the individual will update Newforma Konekt / ACC Issues system with identified issues.
- Coordination reports from the Newforma Konekt / ACC Issues system will be produced.
- The auditor will also assess model information against established criteria.
- Peer review for BIM documents and reporting is an essential part of the role.
- Lastly, they will prepare and manage ACC Build checklists for ongoing construction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A clear understanding of Building Information Modelling and its benefits to the construction industry is essential.
- A structured background experience in building design or a related field is also required.
- Good knowledge of Solibri Office and other modelling packages is necessary.
- The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining a deadline focus is crucial.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise are also essential.
