Job Title: Digital Infrastructure Specialist

As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our global customers on the Axway APIM suite.

The role involves supporting an Integration/API Management platform like API Gateway products, ensuring strong knowledge on Unix and Linux administration is in place. Additionally, you will require expertise in Web services, SOAP, and REST, as well as Network fundamentals & related Troubleshooting, Communication protocols - HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, MQ, JMS etc., and Network security concepts (Encryption / Authentication / Certificates), OAuth, LDAP etc.

You should have autonomous experience with one programming language/scripting and one Database, with a good understanding of SQL.

In terms of production support experience, you will be required to handle on-call support as needed by the project.

Apart from these responsibilities, you are expected to possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, along with customer/front office engagement experience.

The ideal candidate will also have desirable traits such as knowledge of ITIL practices, Incident/Problem/Change Management experience, ability to work independently, learnability skills, exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Container-based solutions, Cloud like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, NoSQL/MySQL/Cassandra.
