Job Title: HVAC Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Manager to lead our team in designing and managing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects and other discipline engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage HVAC systems: Develop and implement efficient and effective HVAC design solutions that meet client needs and comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections: Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation: Prepare and update project documents, including design briefs, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering: Or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record: Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC design and management, preferably in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit: Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit software and its applications in building information modeling (BIM).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
