Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and execute end-to-end project delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Project Execution and Coordination
  • Manage MEP works, HVAC systems, chilled water plants, utility services, and IBMS integration from start to finish.
  • Oversee installation, testing & commissioning of central chiller plants, air handling units, cooling towers, pumps, valves, piping, and control systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of IBMS platforms with chillers, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and safety systems.
  • Coordinate project milestones and timelines as per schedule.
  • Work closely with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project targets.

Technical Review:

  • Review MEP and IBMS design drawings, BOQ, equipment specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate system architecture for BMS, HVAC, Chiller Plant Manager, SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality and Safety:

  • Implement QA/QC checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
  • Enforce strict HSE practices during site execution in accordance with established safety standards.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for critical systems.

Operations and Handover:

  • Perform performance testing of chiller plants and IBMS dashboards.
  • Optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and training sessions for facility teams.
  • Support project handover to facility management teams with complete documentation.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, valves, and utility systems.
  • Hands-on experience in IBMS integration protocols.
  • Proven project execution experience in Data Centers, Hospitals, Airports, and Large Commercial Buildings.
  • Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, VFDs, UPS, DG, and power monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and green building codes.
  • Expertise in project scheduling and reporting.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with Chiller Plant Manager systems and optimization software.
  • Knowledge of IoT/AI-based smart building platforms.
  • Certifications in HVAC, IBMS, Energy Management, or Project Management.
