Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Butcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the butcher shop, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service.

Manage daily operations of the butcher shop, including thawing, butchering, and preparing meat and poultry products.
Direct and supervise staff members, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
