Workday Finance Technical Specialist Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Workday Finance Technical Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing financial processes within Workday, a deep understanding of financial systems and operations, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Financial Management modules to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Workday to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Financial Management.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes and functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday Financial Management, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving.
