This role is all about helping our finance team navigate the intricacies of bookkeeping, taxation compliance, and audits. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing financial records in Zoho Books, preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and supporting taxation compliance including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
  • MIS Reports: Prepare and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Taxation Compliance: Support taxation compliance by ensuring timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline finance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Audit Support: Assist in audits and statutory compliance activities to ensure seamless financial operations.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in Zoho Books and MS Excel is also essential for data analysis and reporting. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to work effectively with the finance team and collaborate closely with stakeholders.
