
High Net Worth Customer Liaison Specialist

This is a dynamic leadership role for an experienced client advisor who will oversee all aspects of our retail operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail management and possess exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth individuals.
- Oversee end-to-end ownership of the retail store, including building and managing relationships with HNI clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and drive sales through personalized styling advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- End-to-end ownership of the AMARIS store.
- Building and managing relationships with HNI clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
- Developing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment and driving sales through personalized styling advice.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management with 2-4 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
- Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
