Senior Client Advisor Job Summary

This is a dynamic leadership role for an experienced client advisor who will oversee all aspects of our retail operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury retail management and possess exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth individuals.

  • Oversee end-to-end ownership of the retail store, including building and managing relationships with HNI clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and drive sales through personalized styling advice.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-end ownership of the AMARIS store.
  2. Building and managing relationships with HNI clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  3. Developing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  4. Fostering a collaborative work environment and driving sales through personalized styling advice.
  5. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management with 2-4 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
