- Key Responsibilities:
- Master GDS systems like Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo for seamless flight management.
- Create complex international itineraries that exceed client expectations.
- Apply airline fare rules and interline agreements for optimal results.
- Ensure timely PNR action and complete documentation in all systems.
- Collaborate with airlines on fare optimization, refunds, and disputes.
- Lead Debit Memo Management with speed and accuracy.
- Reduce ADM occurrences through staff training, documentation, and process improvements.
- Own BSP and ARC workflows with precision from airline invoicing to reconciliation and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in high-net-worth ticketing, travel agencies, OTAs, or corporate desks, and proficiency in at least one GDS. A deep understanding of international travel, fare construction, and route planning is also required.
Additional qualifications include:
- IATA Foundation or Consultant Certification required.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and calm under pressure.
- Bonus: Experience in luxury travel, private aviation, or VIP ticketing.
