We are seeking a warm, professional, and proactive receptionist who will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience that reflects the values of our school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors with warmth and professionalism maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming calls emails and inquiries ensuring timely and accurate communication through effective use of digital tools.
  • Maintain visitor logs security records and ensure adherence to school safety protocols maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Coordinate appointments campus tours and meetings for prospective and current parents providing exceptional service and support.
  • Share daily announcements notices and information with parents as needed communicating effectively through various channels.
  • Support admissions team with documentation registration and application processing streamlining administrative tasks and improving efficiency.
  • Maintain records of attendance entry and exit of students where required ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in organizing school events recitals and parent orientation sessions planning and executing successful events that engage parents and students alike.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy welcoming and aligned with the school's premium image reflecting positively on our institution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality Administration or related field preferred) demonstrating academic achievement and relevant knowledge.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist front desk officer or customer service executive preferably in a school hospitality or premium service environment showcasing transferable skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi (if applicable) facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office email communication and comfortable with digital tools leveraging technology to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Warm approachable personality with a child-friendly demeanor providing a positive and inclusive experience for all.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure handle parents with empathy and professionalism resolving conflicts and issues effectively.
