We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Specialist IV to join our team in Hyderabad/Kolkata, focusing on IT infrastructure monitoring. As a key member, you will be responsible for responding to monitoring alerts, resolving customer/partner requests, and working with the services team to ensure seamless operations within the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support or NOC
  • Expert knowledge of Cloud technologies, SQL & CRM-based applications
  • Experience with various monitoring tools like SolarWinds, BMC
  • ITIL/ITSM framework & process expertise
  • Leading small teams and training new joiners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Adaptable to rotational shifts and changing procedures
  • Strong customer handling experience
