Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to design, build, test, and deploy cloud-based application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture viability, security, and performance, as well as engage in hands-on development and troubleshooting to meet required standards and specifications.
To excel in this role, the individual must be committed to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies to enhance the cloud infrastructure and application performance.
- Expected to possess expert knowledge in cloud computing.
- Collaborate and manage the team to deliver high-quality results.
- Responsible for making key technical decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cloud applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize cloud resource usage for cost efficiency.
