Platform9 is simplifying enterprise private clouds with its flagship product, a turnkey solution that transforms existing infrastructure into a full-featured private cloud. This innovative offering enables enterprise IT teams to manage VMs and containers using familiar GUI tools and automated APIs in a secure environment.

Our company seeks an experienced Cloud Computing Expert to join our team working on cloud-native products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, experience with cloud-native technologies, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of cloud-native products and services for our Kubernetes product ecosystem.
  • Learn and collaborate with the team to design and implement the product roadmap.
  • Support cloud infrastructure deployments using Platform9 products, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our product line.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with programming in Python or Golang.
  • 8-12 years of experience in a software development role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, switching, routing, and network protocols.
