System Administrator for Alteryx Workflows

The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring stability, performance, and integration with enterprise systems.

  • Manage and support Alteryx workflows and server environments.
  • Resolve issues related to job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Big Data platforms.
  • Upgrade software versions, patching, and migrate environments to new infrastructure.
  • Automate routine tasks and monitoring using scripts.
  • Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.
  • Maintain documentation of recurring issues and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience with Alteryx in a support capacity.
  • Proficient in Windows Server administration and services.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SQL and query optimization.
  • Experience with scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
