Job Title: Center Manager

The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of a center. Key responsibilities include program management, mobilization, enrollment, training, placement, student journey management, batch progression and outcome monitoring, placement support, reporting and documentation, building a culture, stakeholder engagement, people management, financial management, compliance and reporting, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Develop and implement programs to achieve quality outcomes and numbers
  • Mobilization: Establish and maintain partnerships with institutions and government agencies to facilitate quality mobilization
  • Enrollment: Oversee enrollment processes to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Training: Own the training process to achieve high-quality academic results
  • Placement: Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities
  • Student Journey Management: Oversee student progress from enrollment to graduation
  • Batch Progression and Outcome Monitoring: Track and analyze student progress and outcomes
  • Placement Support: Facilitate student placements in industry
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Build a Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of staff
  • Financial Management: Manage center finances effectively
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations and submit required reports
  • Administration: Perform administrative tasks as needed

Desired Profile:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance
  • Able to counsel students
  • Inclined towards society and working for marginalized communities
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage
