We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective communication.
- You will engage with prospective customers via chat to qualify leads and explain our services or products offered.
- Respond to multiple inbound chats, gathering and verifying required information as necessary.
- Communicate with current and prospective customers using various software to provide information and answer questions about current promotions and new or upgraded products.
- Quote prices and encourage customers to make purchases. Secure and place orders for filling and arrange delivery dates. Enter customer names, addresses, purchases, and reactions into a computer database system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and resolve or refer problems.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and be open to consistent coaching. Take an active role in performance planning and goal setting.
- Be flexible in a dynamic environment by championing and embracing change.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A high school certificate or equivalent; be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility in working hours is essential.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask while handling numerous chats and navigating between chat and email seamlessly.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to take ownership of every chat and email, finding solutions for every customer.
- The capacity to think critically in a fast-paced environment where messages come quickly.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
