About this Opportunity:

Design and deliver strategic planning solutions for business growth across capital expenditures, operational expenses, workforce management, and long-range planning.

  • Configure advanced planning applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specifications, test scripts.
  • Integrate planning systems with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise performance management (EPM) systems.
  • Ensure quality delivery across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

You will work closely with finance teams to align processes, build forecasting and budgeting models, and support integrations across ERP and EPM applications. To Succeed in This Role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience configuring modules such as Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long-Range Planning.
  • Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
  • Familiarity with finance planning cycles (annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
  • Good understanding of data management and integration flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to support business stakeholders effectively.
