Main Responsibilities
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions
· Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
· Manage and oversee all receivable processes, including credit management and order management
· Review reconciliation, payments, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
· Resolve customer payment discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Requirements
· Minimum 6 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
· Prior experience in shipping industry
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
