Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive retention marketing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV) and repeat purchase rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Site, Design, Copy, and CRM, to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in retention programs
- Design and implement automated and non-automated campaigns to maximize revenue and engagement targets
- Work closely with stakeholders to align campaign goals with business objectives

Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize monthly/quarterly/annual sale events to boost revenue and engagement metrics
- Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly retention and customer lifecycle campaigns to drive growth targets
- Implement analytics-driven insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness

Project Management
- Own and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product/Tech, and Analytics Teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication

Skills Required
- Proven experience in campaign planning, execution, and measurement
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and drive insights-based decision making
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Quick learner, highly action-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced dynamic environments
