Artist and Influencer Partnership Manager

Fame-bliss is seeking a skilled professional to oversee artist and influencer partnerships, focusing on YouTube and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Partner with Influencers: Discover top influencers for brand collaborations and negotiate deliverables, rates, and timelines.
  • Influencer Management: Build and manage a portfolio of influencers, ensuring timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all influencer interactions and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with prior experience working with a brand or influencer network.
  • Background: Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly across YouTube and Instagram.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Campaign Handling: Proven ability to handle fast-paced environments and deadline-driven campaigns.
