ERP Project Manager Job Description

As a highly experienced and results-driven project manager, you will lead end-to-end ERP implementations across the organization. Your expertise in managing ERP transformations is crucial to the success of complex projects.

This role requires strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects. You must have deep knowledge of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for ERP implementations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment.
  • Manage internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
