
Frontline Customer Service Professional

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers via inbound and outbound calls or emails.
The role involves resolving routine problems regarding clients' products or services, providing solutions that meet contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs). Strong communication skills in English are required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPIs.
- Minimum of 2.5 to 3 years of Inbound Call Centre Experience.
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (may vary basis the job requirement).
- Shift: Complete Night Shifts with week off (Saturday Sunday).
