About the Project Manager RoleThis role will lead Agile teams, manage enterprise client interactions, and drive successful project outcomes, including cutting-edge Generative AI initiatives.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients, including international stakeholders from large consulting firms.
- Manage and support a team of developers, ensuring clarity of tasks, delivery timelines, and quality.
- Create and maintain project roadmaps, sprint plans, and client presentations.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and cross-functional technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.
