Job Title: Associate Program Director

The role of Associate Program Director involves leading the development of multi-year strategic portfolios, engaging with stakeholders, managing financials, and delivering value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Develop and execute multi-year roadmaps, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize financial performance.
  • Program Leadership:
  • Manage small-scale programs with defined plans and methodologies;
  • Drive large-scale cross-functional programs for product development, technology deployment, or connected care solutions;
  • Oversee program lifecycle from planning to delivery, resource allocation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication;
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development processes;
  • Plan and manage portfolio-level goals, objectives, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Required Expertise:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with software experience;
  • 18+ years of IT experience, 10+ years in project management relevant experience in Medical Devices;
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or equivalent tools;
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or ART Experience;
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus;
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies a plus;
  • Well-versed in Medtech products/software/R&D, product development, clinical/regulatory processes;
  • Strong written/oral communication skills and ability to influence customers;
  • Independent thinker with commercial and operational views of complex situations.
