Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Accounts Receivables department.

This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day billing processes, reporting activities and progress to seniors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of regular education, including high school diploma, bachelor's degree, and relevant work experience.
  • Non-technical graduates with analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work night shifts and rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand billing and invoicing procedures.
  2. Conversant in various online tools and systems.
  3. Follow up with field teams for necessary documents required for billing.
  4. Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers.
  5. Contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies.
  7. Download bank statements for all accounts.
  8. Provide bank statements, remittances, and correspondences received to collectors on the same day.
  9. Perform standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function.
  10. Ensure cash is applied only based on defined process without exceptions.
  11. Collate remittances for Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to correct invoice using Remittance Advice.
  12. Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits or debits, and send them to customer for collection or refund.
  13. Provide details of un-applied and unidentified cash to collectors daily and follow up proactively to get details of applications.
