As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

You will be responsible for achieving customer acquisition and revenue targets by conducting regular business reviews with sales managers and executives to ensure business strategies are executed as planned.

This involves ensuring the effective activation of channels through engagement, training, and relationship-building with distributors and sales teams. Additionally, you will coordinate with the credit team to resolve queries related to login, sanctioning, and disbursement.

Effective training of DSA/DSTs and sales teams on our unique selling points (USPs) and policy guidelines is crucial. You will also need to implement promotional plans and suggest new and innovative promotion ideas for the teams.

Recruiting and retaining high performers is essential. Goals, development plans, coaching, and feedback must be done in a timely and effective manner.
