Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in telemarketing or sales executive roles within the IT services industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a confident phone presence.

The primary responsibilities of this position include navigating prominent job portals, collaborating with U.S.-based staffing firms, identifying and engaging IT staffing professionals for potential business opportunities, conducting outbound calls to introduce and promote our IT services, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Navigate and collaborate with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed.
  • Work with U.S.-based staffing firms, serving as a liaison between clients and resources.
  • Identify and engage with U.S. IT Staffing professionals (Clients/Vendors) for potential business leads.
  • Research and implement innovative strategies for active and passive job searches.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our IT services.

The requirements for this role include prior experience in telemarketing or sales executive roles within the IT services industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a motivated and results-driven individual who meets deadlines and sales targets, knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms, ability to think critically and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors, and proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products.
