Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Executive Associate to support the Founder across various aspects of operations, strategy, personal logistics, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the calendar, fitness schedule, travel, and personal logistics
- Drive the Founder to meetings, events, and personal commitments
- Track birthdays, social events, and personal commitments; ensure timely execution
- Refill and organize personal supplies (supplements, grooming items, essentials)
- Ensure car cleanliness, servicing, and maintenance schedules
- Handle gifting, printing, parcel pickups/deliveries, and event coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners
- Lead operational execution: schedules, workflows, communications, and follow-ups
- Track attendance, payroll, payouts, and team bandwidth
- Ensure clear meeting documentation: notes, insights, and actionable follow-ups
- Use Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline workflows
- Partner with the Founder on brand strategy, pitches, and business development
- Conduct research, audits, and prepare strategic presentations
- Monitor accountability across stakeholders and projects
- Conduct daily personal training sessions as required
- Design and adapt fitness programs, track progress, and ensure safe, effective sessions
- Graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in EA, operations, or support roles
- Certified personal trainer (preferred, or demonstrable training experience)
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- First-in, last-out attitude with strong personal ownership
- Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
- Knowledge of fitness training and wellness practices
- Calm under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with high ownership and confidentiality
- Willingness to go the extra mile; always
As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in supporting the Founder's vision and goals. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, tracking important dates, and coordinating with external partners. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize your workload. Additionally, your knowledge of fitness training and wellness practices will allow you to design and implement effective fitness programs for the Founder.
