Job Opportunity

We seek a driven and ambitious professional to lead multi-layered teams, prioritize learning and improvisation, and drive tightly controlled operational metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a relentless focus on execution, be highly data-driven, and demonstrate a higher-than-normal sense of ownership.

Prior experience in operations/procurement/program management/process standardization is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking complete ownership of project execution, including profit and loss management.
  • Optimizing existing projects by collaborating with the product team.
  • Handling general operations, including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Analyzing training needs and providing training.
  • Collecting feedback on a regular basis and resolving any issues.
  • Monitoring team performance to achieve Key Results Areas (KRAs).
  • Mentoring and motivating student workforce members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • Running pilots for new projects.
  • Suggesting improvements in processes at every level in operations.
  • Setting goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of relevant experience in managing an operations team.
  • Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • A bias for high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment.
  • Higher than normal sense of ownership with a clear bias for action.
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
