Job Description

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing SAP PS module projects and activities. They will collaborate closely with business teams to comprehend their requirements, handle client inquiries, and provide technical expertise for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP PS module projects and support activities.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs.
  • Handle client queries and provide technical assistance.
  • Coordinate with Information Systems, Basis, and IT Infrastructure teams.
  • Provide knowledge of business processes related to Project Management, Sales, Material Management, and Production Planning.
  • Exposure to SAP Solution Manager for transporting configurations or custom development from DEV to PRD.
  • Support SAP PS support calls adhering to SLA.
  • Mentor other team members in functional and technical aspects.
  • Provide and review documentation as required in various stages of document life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Business Processes and their mapping onto systems.
  • Process mapping technique and its effective communication to the business team.
  • Ability to handle independently all requirements related to the PS module.
  • Expertise in all PS-related configurations in ECC and S/4 HANA environment.
  • Experience of migration activities from ECC to S/4 HANA including data cutover activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering Graduate or Post-graduation in Systems.
  • SAP PS S/4 HANA certification is desirable.
  • Experience as SAP PS Consultant over 5 plus years.
  • Hands-on experience of SAP SD & PP (MRP run through PS module).
  • Knowledge of other Project tools-MSP, Primavera, etc.
