Project Execution Specialist

As a skilled Project Execution Specialist, you will lead successful project execution through expertise and technical skills.

This role involves managing project budgets, timelines, and quality requirements while fostering professional client relationships.

  • Manage projects from hand-off to completion, ensuring success against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of project performance.
  • Track and control project financial, timeline, and quality performance.
  • Organize and deliver Post-Project Reviews.
  • Implement risk management through identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to procure resources and support.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and drive improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Establish and expand client relationships, supporting new business opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and capability enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Competency in business applications and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Solid understanding of data collection, annotation, and transcription activities in AI settings.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in linguistics, languages, or related field.
  • 5+ years' relevant project management experience or similar roles with budget management, timeline adherence, and quality control.
  • Customer-facing experience, including managing client communications and running meetings.
  • Experience managing AI ML data-related projects, crowdsourcing, and remote resourcing solutions.
  • Success in end-to-end management of transcription projects.
  • Collaborative experience in high-performance peer groups.
  • Demonstrated technology application in solving business problems.
Preferred Experience:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in multinational/multicultural virtual environments.
  • Proficiency in support ticketing systems and cross-functional/matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
