Lead SRE Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead the development of methodologies and strategies for identifying and automating inefficient processes.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in SRE and be able to define, drive, and implement a strategy that promotes an 'Automate-first' culture in operating services.

  • Develop and implement strategies for identification and automation of toil-heavy processes
  • Assist in developing engineering and operational service metrics
  • Work with all parties to develop and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for critical services
  • Design and implement monitoring strategies
  • Lead architectural reviews for reliability
  • Drive continuous improvement from incidents
