Job Overview

This role is for a seasoned solution architect with expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Large Language Models, Transformers, and GenAI frameworks, as well as experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure AI Services.

They will be responsible for defining scalable architectures, selecting appropriate AI models, and integrating GenAI with enterprise data platforms and applications.

The selected candidate will also lead end-to-end implementation, drive prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs, and develop reusable frameworks, APIs, and reference architectures for GenAI adoption.

Additionally, they will define AI governance, responsible AI, and model risk management frameworks, ensure solutions align with data privacy, ethical AI, and regulatory requirements, and partner with business leaders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Innovation and R&D are also key aspects of this role, as the candidate will stay updated with the latest GenAI research, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation and evaluate vendor offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, Transformers, and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud platforms: Azure AI Services
  • Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps)
  • Expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS) for semantic search
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and integration with enterprise ecosystems
